Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in construction or civils? Are you looking for a dynamic, long-term role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a driven Installation Estimator to join our busy Contracts and Installation team, working closely with Project Managers and Sales to deliver accurate, detailed costings and support the smooth delivery of high-quality projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with design, project, and sales teams to produce accurate quotations

  
  

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tenders to ensure compliance with regulations

  
  

• Prepare clear and competitive cost estimates, ensuring margins are met

  
  

• Confirm all plant and materials are correct, appropriate, and fully detailed in quotations

  
  

• Present tenders in agreed formats and assist with internal reviews

  
  

• Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior management

  
  

• Conduct nationwide site visits to complete surveys when required

  
  

• Support the team with additional tasks to help drive improvements and performance

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels and meet deadlines

    
    

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in estimating, preferably in construction

    
    

  • Background in civils or technical administration is a bonus

    
    

  • Confident reviewing and interpreting technical specifications and drawings

    
    

  • Excellent time management and a proactive, flexible approach

    
    

  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

    
    

  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
