Summary
An established trainer in the construction field, preferably with a background of delivering safety passport and other ECITB / CITB courses. Additionally, experience of delivering a range of other courses including IOSH Working and Managing Safely. Also, initially short, 1 day NEBOSH courses and developing capability to deliver NEBOSH Certificate courses. Other technical courses depending on experience.
Must have experience in creating a positive learning environment and be able to deliver via face-to-face (classroom) and virtual classroom (using video conferencing).
Will be required to work in our office in Stourbridge and away from home for some of the course delivery.
Support the development of other training materials and publications, including assisting with the creation and maintenance of e-learning courses.
Conduct peer reviews and observe other trainers, also liaise with awarding bodies, including at time of audit.
