We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the digital marketing team.
Reporting to the Digital Experience Lead, the UX Designer role will be critical in creating and implementing user-focused solutions that enhance the lives of individuals impacted by stroke. You will oversee user-centred product development projects across our website and other digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products and services that meet the needs of our users and organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Lead projects through the UX design process from discovery to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience is considered throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate research studies to inform the design process and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our users.
• Convert research findings into actionable insights and present research findings to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Interpret data to identify user behaviour and needs from platforms such as Google Analytics and PowerBi, working closely with relevant internal analysts as required.
• Produce a range of UX deliverables, including journey maps, interaction flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability study reports to test and validate design solutions.
• Create designs that are accessible and inclusive.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with the organisation's goals and are feasible to implement.

This role requires some travel for team away days.
