Summary

Clair loves a bargain from a charity shop and she enjoys socialising at her local club and entering competitions. She is very good at crosswords and other quizzes and is an expert on the 80’s era.

Clair has Asperger’s and can find the world a little confusing at times. She has spent long periods in institutional care and is still getting used to having her own home. She has an experienced support team around her but a vacancy has just opened up for a Team Leader.

Clair is looking for someone who has some life experience and a mature outlook on life. Ideally you will have some previous experience in a leadership capacity and are someone who is keen on learning and developing your skills. This is an established team with experienced team members, you will have the opportunity to do some shadow shifts and we offer a comprehensive induction with ongoing personal and professional development training.

As the Team Leader you will be responsible along with the rest of the team for supporting Clair to live her best life. She has a lot of potential and just needs positivity to achieve her dreams and aspirations. Your Team Leader duties will include working shifts, planning rotas and overall administration tasks, including managing sickness and absence and providing support and supervision for your team.
