Summary
The Operational Manager will have a mental health background with demonstrated achievements in operational leadership. They will have the ability to lead by example, motivate and empower others and will play a fundamental role in ensuring effective outcomes and high quality care for those using CYPMHS services in Hertfordshire. By inspiring a culture of high performance and continuous quality improvement in teams, the post holder will ensure the sustained provision of high quality services and standards for our service users, their carers and families. This is an exciting time to join our service as we are developing new ways of working across both inpatient and community services and are looking for a strong leader to help us achieve our vision. Youll have demonstrable management experience within the NHS, and significant experience of working with clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve service improvement.
