About the Role

We're looking for 7 reliable and hard-working individuals to join our cleansing team as Street Litter Pickers. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping streets, parks, and public spaces clean and free from litter. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a clean city for residents, businesses, and visitors.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, are fit to walk all day and want to make a visible difference in our city, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a flexible attitude to work and be prepared to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions, in any areas of the city
  • Ability to walk up to 15 miles per day and maintain a long period of physical effort and willingness to maintain a high fitness level in line with the duties of the job.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
