Summary
• Lettings and Property Management Duties
• Dealing with email enquiries relating to the property portfolio Management.
• Recording events and activities including correspondence into Property portfolio management software system Landlord Manager
• issue monthly invoices for commercial units using landlord manager
• Continued update information on Landlord Manager
• Monitoring, Student Accommodation, Residential flats and commercial units, i.e:
Posting payments, checking on rent arrears
Keeping an eye on contract ending dates for either memorandum or re-advertise with agents
dealing with tenants repair work enquires and organising maintenance staff to attend to these works.
liaison with tenants and maintenance staff
preparing property inventory and checking inventory on tenants leaving
If tenant is leaving, write to council, utilities companies
Managing communication channel with students
• Posting creditors invoices into sage
• calculating and preparing Wages using sage
• recording daily sales and collection transactions into Sales spreadsheet and posting into sage.
• Taking enquiries for D.House,( Student accommodation) arrange viewings
• Prepare contracts for students as well as commercial units on new lettings or renewals
• keeping track of the students rent payments and sending reminders to ensure all payments are collected and recorded.
• taking phone calls for the reception and dealing with hotel rooms booking enquires
