About the Role
We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Live Stream Moderator to join our growing beauty live stream team! As the moderator, you’ll be the “control center” of the live stream — managing the chat, guiding audience interaction, maintaining a positive vibe, and assisting the host to ensure a smooth and engaging show.
Responsibilities
Manage the comment section during live streams in real time
Answer viewer questions quickly and accurately (products, pricing, logistics)
Coordinate giveaways, flash sales, and audience engagement games
Handle negative or spam comments and maintain a positive environment
Communicate with the host and back-end team to ensure stream runs smoothly
Occasionally assist with simple post-live data
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written) — able to respond quickly and naturally
Passionate about beauty & cosmetics; basic product knowledge preferred
Familiar with TikTok live or similar e-commerce platforms
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Available during peak live streaming hours (mostly evenings/weekends)
Prior experience in live streaming or customer service is a plus
