- Carry out joinery work to a high standard, ensuring units are built 1st and 2nd fix to meet the required specifications.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure successful project completion.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Develop and improve skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's growth and success.
