Summary
Plasterer required in Leicester and the surrounding areas to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of an housing association.
The Client
Our client is an award winning main-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide with multiple councils and housing associations.
The Role
- Carrying our work in tenanted and void properties
- Full skims/re-skims of walls and ceilings
- Plastering chases/Plaster-patching
- Working to a job specification and reporting to the Supervisor daily on progress, issues or concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service to all tenants and clients
- Arranging materials in an efficient manner
The total hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break. This contract is for a few days but could be extended.
- £22 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
- Street Parking
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes nationwide
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime available
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plasterer
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Own Van
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
