Salary: £30,608.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Reigate (hybrid working)
Active Prospects are recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join our friendly team!
Reporting into the Director of Property, you will:
Provide effective and efficient administration of the repairs & improvements service
Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained on all compliance programmes and component data
Support the Director of Property with board reporting and collection of key performance indicators
Support housing projects, developments and new services with set up and implementation planning
To set up, monitor and manage contracts for estate cleaning, gardening and other related matters and liaise with care and support teams as required.
Ensure homes are appropriately furnished to required standards
To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience of working in a customer focused/property maintenance/customer service role
A willingness and desire to learn about the properties Active Prospects own and manage
Experience in property maintenance is desirable
A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
Have a full driving licence and willing to use own vehicle for business use
