Summary
Qualified Teacher
We are seeking Qualified Teachers with a passion for special educational needs (SEN) to join our supportive team. This role involves working with children in either primary and secondary SEN Schools with various SEND, including ASD, MLD, and SLD, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Key Details:
- Position: Qualified Teacher (day to day supply)
- Location: Stafford
- Salary: Minimum of £140.00 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inclusion.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching SEN children is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of special education.
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
