Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrator to join our Longstanding client in Coventry, working within the Automotive and Aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 16:30pm

Duties

  • Responsible for processing all sales order documentation and logistics for dispatches.
  • Responsibilities will cover aspects of customer service, administrative clerical, correspondence, communications, and coordinating internally and externally throughout the role.
  • Providing a superior level of customer service and leading by example, ensuring customer satisfaction combined with the efficient allocation of resource, in order to achieve targets.
  • Processing and coordinating orders across all activities from machinery and consumables.
  • Processing quotes and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Updating and maintaining documentation.
  • Supporting with purchasing tasks.
  • Dealing with spreadsheets and date entry.
  • Responsible to manage and coordinate quality tasks - Training records, calibration, stamp register, Maintenance alerts.

Skills

  • IT Microsoft - word, excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Proven previous experience in administration and Customer service
  • Accounting experience would be advantageous
  • Team player, ability to multi task, quick learner.
  • Ability to resolve issues.
  • SAGE50
  • Ability to adapt to a new CRM system
  • DBS check required
