Maintenance Operative - Earlsfield
Up to £34,000
We are looking for a proactive and friendly maintenance operative that will ensure client & colleague safety & comfort at all
times, to join the team at an exciting new co-living community in London. We’ve got big ambitions to transform the way people rent
in cities, giving people homes that offer opportunities to connect with others, great interior design and game-changing
convenience, whilst having a positive environmental and social impact. You can help us get there. As one of our first team
members, you’ll have the chance to shape the experience, build the brand and make renting better.

This role will require undertaking a basic DBS check.
What will you do?
* Conduct all maintenance / handy person duties on the development
* Ensure any works completed are to a high standard & completed within realistic time frame
* Ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard.
* Inform company of any additional works needed at location
* Work well independently, yet be supportive of team members and goals.
* To leave work clean & tidy upon leaving
* Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE and water bye-laws
* Be able to respond effectively to emergency call outs / situations
* Provide general maintenance assistance to our members including furniture building and storage, hanging pictures and items as
requested and assisting them in familiarisation of their new home and systems.
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
What are we looking for?
* Ability to use general hand tools
* Have basic painting skills
* Able to work alone or as part of a team
* Strong understanding of COSHH
* Working in “high foot traffic” environment
* Complete minor and medium filling & patch repairs
* Understand need for high turnaround without compromising standards
* Complete general repairs to a high standard including leaks and “like for like” repairs
* Good communicative skills
