We are offering a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role in a respected primary school in Watford. This position is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to build experience in the classroom before pursuing a teacher training programme or PGCE.

Key Responsibilities - Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Contribute to planning and assessment where appropriate

Ideal Candidate Profile - Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Predicted or achieved a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
• Interested in a long-term career in primary education
• Reliable, proactive, and professional in school settings
• UK residents with the right to work (visa sponsorship is not available)
