Summary
Kitchen Assistant – 20 hours per week (Tuesday – Saturday 8am until 12pm is the shift routine and would be the same each week)
Duties include pot wash over breakfast service followed by evening meal food preparation eg. Vegetable prep, making sandwiches etc. You would be working with our chef who will guide you through our daily routine.
Lynwood provides a hotel like service to the ex-mining community and the ideal candidates should be well mannered, have good time keeping and communication skills and have a good sense of humour. You should be able to work alone as well as part of the team and it would be beneficial if you can use your own initiative to get tasks completed, although management will guide and support as necessary.
We do ask that all staff are required to cover any annual leave so extra hours may be available when required. You will be require to undertake a DBS check.
Pay is above minimum wage and will be discussed during an interview.
