Summary
Prepare meat products (beef, lamb, chicken) by cutting, trimming, and deboning based on customer orders and store guidelines
Handle and store all meat items to ensure freshness and quality
Maintain strict hygiene standards in the meat prep area and with all equipment
Keep meat counters stocked, neat, and attractive for customers
Check product quality regularly and help manage inventory levels
Offer customers helpful advice on meat selections and cooking methods
Comply with all food safety and health regulations
