Summary
We are looking to hire a part time/full time Senior Carer to work alongside the Manager and the other seniors in the day to day running of our Care Home. Brooklands House is a family run care home which has been in operation for over 35 years. We are situated in the lovely town of Lytham. This position is for part time or full time hours (25-37 hours per week). Overtime will be available at times.
Duties will include, leading and guiding a team of 22 staff members including two housekeepers and two chefs. Administering medication, arranging medical appointments, dealing with outside professionals and other tasks to aid in the smooth running of the home. We have a committed team who work hard everyday with each other to provide the best possible care for our service users.
The applicant must have an NVQ Level 3/4. Overtime will be available at times. 29 days annual leave per year.
