Summary
We are seeking Chefs of all abilities to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production and preparation. Experience in supervising kitchen staff would be an advantage. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality. This role requires the ability to work within a team effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
Daily kitchen duties, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance guest experience.
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting would be an advantage.
Working within a team effectively.
Good / Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene standards.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Working with fresh, locally sourced produce to create dishes to high standards.
20 - 45 hours over 4 or 5 days (hours negotiable)
Shifts are allocated on a weekly basis
