talentED is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established Children’s Residential Home in the Bromyard area. We’re currently recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to children with emotional and behavioural needs.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day support for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Help children develop positive routines, skills, and relationships
- Work as part of a supportive team to implement individual care plans
