Summary
Do you have the skills to provide exceptional customer service?
In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, via phone, email and live web chat, providing guidance and first line technical support, collaborating with members of the team and our suppliers to resolve customers queries.
Main tasks to include service call management, allocating and updating service calls to/with engineers, placing and managing purchase orders, first-line technical support and office administrative tasks.
You will be based in our Porthleven office. The role is offered full-time 9AM to 5:30PM with breaks, although two suitable candidates on a part-time, job sharing basis will be considered.
The successful candidate(s) will have a commitment to deliver excellent customer service and good communication skills. In addition, you will need to have good IT skills and the ability to multi-task.
