Summary
Residential Children’s Support Worker-
As a Residential Children’s Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping our young people live happy, fulfilling lives. You’ll support children with learning disabilities in their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and development, while creating a positive and structured home environment.
At Completely Care we’re providing specialist residential care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our homes offer a stable, safe, and nurturing environment where each child is treated as an individual and supported to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children with learning disabilities in day-to-day activities and personal care
Promoting independence, life skills, and social inclusion
Building strong, trusting relationships with the children in your care
Helping manage behaviours in a compassionate, consistent way
Following individualised care plans and contributing to team discussions
Working collaboratively with families, schools, and healthcare professionals
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in care, education, or support work (ideally with learning disabilities in the UK)
Communicates clearly and compassionately
Is calm, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Able to travel to different locations within the Worcestershire. (Multiple locations available, for example Worcester, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Alvechurch…)
