Summary

We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Working hours: 37 hours
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term for 12 months
Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Customer and Digital Services Team.

We pay an attractive salary of £24,790 - £25,183 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who is able to Provide high quality customer service across the Council’s Customer Service access channels, acting as an ‘advocate’ for the customer.

The successful candidate will deliver a variety of service requests with confidence and will be required to pro-actively manage the life cycle of customers service request.

For the role, we ask that you have:

1. Previous experience and proven ability in the delivery of customer services
2. The ability to communicate effectively both written and orally with a variety of people
3. A willingness to accept ownership of an issue, through to resolution
