Summary
CRC are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder for a permanent position in Westbury near Brackley.
We are currently looking for an experienced fabricator/welder to join our team to help maintain our fleet of containers and hook lifters. The successful candidate will be trained up but previous experience and certification would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate metal components according to specifications.
• Perform welding tasks, to assemble and repair structures.
• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate project updates and resolve issues.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge
• Ensure quality control throughout the fabrication process.
Start date: Immediate start
Hours of Work: 4 days on 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (average of 42 hours per week) + overtime available.
Requirements:
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
• Metal fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
• Workshop: 1 year (required)
• Good English (required)
• Able to use PC or Tablet to fill in inspection and defect sheets
