Summary
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Wilmslow.
The Nursery Manager will be responsible for taking care of daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, planning and implementing educational activities and managing other members of staff.
The nursery manager will be a nominated person who is responsible for contact with Ofsted. Furthermore a manager will maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising with parents and guardians, and ensuring the safeguarding of all children and employees in the nursery.
Qualifications:
Experience in Nursery Management or similar and Nursery or at least 2 years
Strong understanding and implementation of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory)
Leadership and team management skills (minimum 2 years)
Relevant qualifications in early childhood education (minimum level 3 Diploma) or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Wilmslow for 4 or 5 days week schedule
Bonus:
Fuel bonus if you need to drive more than 3 miles
Successful candidate will receive £1500 prize bonus as an addition to the salary, when Ofsted confirm that the candidate pass registration visit and that setting is fully able to operate.
