What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking passionate, motivated, and experienced Early Years Educators and Qualified Teachers who:

Are qualified with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (EYE) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Have a deep understanding of child development from birth to five years

Thrive outdoors in all weather conditions, embracing the seasons with enthusiasm

Are creative and energetic, using nature as a canvas for imaginative teaching and play

Are committed to nurturing and inspiring young children to become confident, independent learners

Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bring with them a sense of humour, wonder, and a willingness to get muddy!
Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on your qualifications and experience, but may include:

Creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment for all children

Planning and delivering exciting, outdoor-based learning experiences that support the EYFS curriculum

Observing and tracking children’s development, identifying next steps, and working closely with families
-
Acting as a positive role model, leading by example with enthusiasm and integrity
-
Supporting the emotional and physical wellbeing of all children
-
Contributing to the continuous development of the setting through innovative ideas and teamwork
