We are seeking to recruit a Marina Operative to work at our Brighton Marina, the UK’s largest marina set on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex.
The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:
- Proven customer service or customer facing experience
- Must have a “can do” attitude
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- Be computer literate
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team. The ability to use multiple IT systems and deliver outstanding customer service is essential. A good knowledge of boats would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
This role will be a mixture of office based and some outdoor working. The rota will provide for working some weekends and bank holidays, working 10 days on and 4 days off.
