Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback promptly.
Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Valid driver's licence and own transport for travel between locations.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
