Job Overview:
Adore Recruitment is currently hiring Pallet Sorters on behalf of a well-established client based in Edmonton. This is a physically demanding role within a warehouse environment and is suited to individuals with previous experience in manual labour or warehouse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and inspect wooden pallets in accordance with quality standards
Manually lift and move pallets weighing 20–30kg
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Operate safely around warehouse equipment and vehicles
Follow all site-specific Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in warehouse or general labour roles
Good physical fitness and manual handling capability
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Willingness to work in an environment that may involve exposure to outdoor conditions
What We Offer:
45 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break per day
Weekly pay
Overtime available
Long-term, stable opportunity with room for progression
