Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join us at PDM Aberdeen!
PDM are Scotland’s leading supplier of Civils, Above Ground and Multi-Utilities products. Operating across our network of 10 branches in Scotland, we pride ourselves in our technical, knowledgeable, and loyal staff who located at all our depots, can provide technical assistance in offering best advice and solutions to our customers.
We rely on our Assistant Branch Managers to support the Branch Manager in running a successful branch through maximising sales opportunities and developing the team to their best abilities. Working in one of our branches you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as an Assistant Branch Manager with PDM:
Delivering excellent customer service
Being the main point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager
Generating & developing business opportunities from new, lapsed, and existing customers
Supporting the Branch Manager to enable your team to reach their full potential.

We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as an Assistant Branch Manager however a good knowledge of the industry or previous experience in a team leader role would be an advantage for this position.
