Summary

Due to business growth and community need, we are recruiting for four motivated Support Workers to join our incredible team. We are offering a variety of contracts from 0 hours per week to 35 hours per week.

We are looking for people to work during the week with availability on weekends and we also have two weekend only posts available!

Alongside your excellent hourly rate, there is paid mileage of 45p per mile.

Working within the community as a support worker is one of the most rewarding careers you can have.

As a Support Worker within our Independent Living at Home (ILH) team, you will be providing high quality support in Herefordshire to enable the vulnerable to maintain their daily independence with dignity in their own homes and local community.

You do not need to have previous experience to join our team. You will be provided with full paid training, and you will have everything you need before you go out on your first visit, continuing through your career journey with us.

It is a requirement of this role that you have a UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
