Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Risk Officer to join our Enterprise Risk team in a vital role supporting the development and delivery of Nest’s Risk Management Framework.

What you'll do

- Monitoring and reporting: Monitoring risk indicators and preparing risk reports.
- Risk management: Supporting the organisation in identifying and managing its risks.
- Policy management: Working in partnership with different teams to manage their policies.
- Contribute to the delivery of key risk initiatives, including the rollout of the new Risk & Compliance system.
- Project involvement: Playing a part in supporting projects across the organisation with project risk management.

Directorate/Department Overview
The Risk & Compliance directorate comprises the enterprise risk team, the compliance team, the Information Security and Data Protection teams. As a second line function, it provides advice and support to the business on risk and compliance and it oversees and provides compliance assurance.
The Enterprise Risk function is a small team which is accountable for the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of the risk management and controls framework across Nest and oversight of the management of key risks and controls. The team is also responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for the business in line with the insurable risks that Nest faces.
