Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner. Enthusiastic and compassionate when working with children and young people. Able to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Detail-oriented, punctual, and quality-focused. Effective both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
