Summary
Ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of service delivery areas, oversee staff management, uphold customer satisfaction, foster collaboration with military partners, optimise resource utilisation, and ensure compliance with relevant governance protocols.
Support the infrastructure works programme and oversee contractor compliance with mandatory maintenance routines. This role involves a significant amount of reactive response to on-site infrastructure issues, necessitating close engagement with civilian, military, and Industry Partners.
Conduct ad hoc and periodic budget forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Establishment/Commanding Officer.
Serve as the interim Authorised Demander/Expert User (AD/EU) and SharePoint administrator.
Fulfil the role of interim Local Data Protection Authority.
Manage the Barrack Staff Stores and act as Deputy Building Manager as required.
Undertake HMS Caledonia Duty Officer responsibilities on a rotational basis, eligible for an on-call allowance and overtime compensation in accordance with civilian pay and policy.
Provide line management for three MOD civilian personnel.
Allocate tasks to seven MOD contractors.
Oversee and manage site delivery areas, including:
Disposal
Mail and Postal Services
Gym
Stores
General camp maintenance.
