The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
Primary education experience.
Skilled in planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons and can adapt lessons skillfully to meet the needs of all children.
Competent in applying a variety of positive behaviour management strategies
Work collaboratively with a variety of other professionals.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and child-centred practice
