Key Responsibilities - Graduate Teaching Assistant (King's Lynn):

A relevant degree (Education, Psychology, or related subject ideal).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in the face of challenges.
Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a bonus.
Ability to commute to King's Lynn or surrounding areas (driving licence desirable but not essential).
