Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support primary-aged pupils in a caring and inclusive environment?

About the Role
We are working with a well-established and Ofsted rated Good primary school in Nottingham (NG2) to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 and small group support to children with SEND, helping to foster a safe and structured classroom where every child can thrive. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to tailor interventions and ensure pupils feel supported both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Tailored 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Promote a calm, engaging classroom through active and inclusive learning.
- Support the planning and delivery of interventions.
- Track pupil progress and contribute to review meetings and planning.

What We're Looking For
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare, or similar).
- Previous experience supporting children with EHCPs, autism, or communication needs.
- A nurturing, patient approach and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Familiarity with Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum is desirable.
