Summary

The Trade Counter Salesperson will be part of a small sales team. The role will focus on maximizing sales and building excellent relationships with customers face to face and over the telephone. You will be required to maximize and develop sales and will be expected to have a strong knowledge of building products. Experience of working in a similar position or within a builders merchant environment is essential.

You will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis and have the experience to deliver excellent customer service and knowledge to our customers. You must be able to work as part of a small team, be physically fit, hardworking, resilient and have a positive attitude. It is essential that you have a can do attitude and excellent customer service experience is essential for this role.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week over 5 days and it will include weekend work on a rota system.
