The Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women who have faced significant challenges? Liverpool City Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Housing Solutions Team as an Accommodation for Ex-Offenders (Women's) Officer
This 12-month post as the Accommodation Officer for Ex-Offenders offers a unique opportunity to support female prison leavers during the pre-release stage of their sentence, helping them secure stable housing and access vital resources
The role of Accommodation Officer will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing personalised support plans, and working collaboratively with various agencies to prevent homelessness and promote long-term stability
For this role for Accommodation Ex-Offenders Officer, we are looking for someone with a strong background in social work, housing, or criminal justice, who is empathetic, resourceful, and committed to empowering women to rebuild their lives

This role is fixed term for the purpose of assessing the requirement of the service going forward and will end 12 months from start date.
