Summary
Warehouse Operative (Forklift – Counterbalance & Reach Truck)
Cullompton, Devon
Temporary to Permanent
£12.25ph
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks across a variety of warehouse racking systems.
Use the warehouse management system and scanners to receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the warehouse.
Load and unload trailers at docking bays.
Ensure all goods are packaged to a high standard before dispatch.
Shunt lorries around the yard as required (training will be provided).
Complete relevant paperwork accurately in line with warehouse procedures.
Requirements:
Valid UK Driving Licence (essential for yard shunting).
Valid Forklift Licence – Counterbalance or Reach (essential).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Shift Options & Availability:
Option 1:
4 on 3 off (Sunday to Wednesday)
Hours: 09:00 – 21:00
Option 2:
4 on 2 off, rotating weekly:
Week 1: 05:00 – 15:00
Week 2: 11:00 – 21:00
