Summary

New Role Part time - Flexible up to 21 Hours per week

Peacehaven, England (this is not a ‘remote working’ position)

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, events, supporting sales efforts, analysing market trends and managing customer relationships. This multifaceted role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills and project management expertise.

The role Involves a wide range of responsibilities which can be categorised into four key areas: Marketing campaign and events coordination, sales support, market analysis and reporting and customer relationship management.
Marketing Campaigns and events Coordination

In this aspect of the role, you will be responsible for:
• Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and digital content
• Managing social media presence and creating engaging content to attract target audiences
• Organising events, trade shows and product launches to showcase products and services

Sales Support- In this critical aspect of the role you will
• Assist with lead generation, Initial customer contact and qualification
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and other materials to aid in the sales process
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system (Salesforce.com), ensuring accurate data and insights
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director freeing them up to focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Managing and coordinating our international sales and marketing support (person working in Brazil)

Market Analysis and Reporting
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
• Track and analyse sales and marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates and ROI
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends and customer behaviour
• Identify new market opportunities, target audiences and revenue streams

Customer Relationship Management
• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist In customer retention strategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships
• Manage customer databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate data entry work with our person based in Brazil.

Skills
1. Confident speaking to clients over the phone and face to face
2. Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.
3. Excellent command of the English language, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus.
4. Excellent Organisational and time management skills and the discipline to execute tasks to clear deadlines
5. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
6. Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
7. A natural proactive communicator within a team
8. A flair for creating, using and scheduling social media content


Educational background:
Holds a bachelor’s degree or a recognised qualification or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, business or a related field. Experience In a similar role and project management experience would also be beneficial.

Technical Skills/Communication tools:
• CRM software (SalesForce)
• Marketing automation tools (MailChimp)
• Data analysis and visualisation tools
• Project management platforms (Trello or basecamp)
