Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Provide case management services and ensure that clients receive appropriate resources and support.
Lead therapeutic sessions and deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and advocate for client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
Supervise and mentor junior social workers and interns, providing guidance and support in their development.
Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives to promote awareness of available services.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical social work experience, with a focus on community services.
Strong understanding of mental health issues, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse populations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in staff mentorship and supervision.
Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Hours Per Week: 30.00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
