Responsibilities

Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and share best practices.
Identify training and development needs for team members and facilitate opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in team management or leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
Experience with performance management processes and employee development.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.75
