Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations into employee grievances, harassment claims, and disputes, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
Collaborate with management to address performance issues and facilitate constructive feedback discussions between employees and supervisors.
Analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workplace culture.
Create and deliver training programs for managers and employees on conflict resolution, communication, and employee relations best practices.
Foster a culture of transparency and open communication by promoting employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in employee relations or human resources management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and mediate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex employee issues.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
