Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software/Digital Developer with active SC Clearance to join their team supporting the delivery and enhancement of digital procurement solutions. This role will be key to integrating and optimizing tools within the Commercial Function, with a particular focus on Oracle and Jaggaer S2C modules.
You will be responsible for leading the technical design, integration, and automation of sourcing and procurement workflows while engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and integration of Oracle and Jaggaer S2C modules.
Develop and support integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow between procurement tools and enterprise systems.
Translate procurement and sourcing workflows into digital solutions aligned with contract lifecycle management.
Drive scripting and automation to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Act as the primary technical point of contact within the Commercial Function, advising on tooling and digital capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver and support business-critical solutions.
Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, security, and performance standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Active SC Clearance – must be currently held and valid.
Proficient in Oracle applications and development.
Hands-on experience with Jaggaer S2C (Source-to-Contract) modules.
Strong experience with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
Excellent understanding of procurement processes, sourcing workflows, and contract lifecycle management.
Strong scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell).
Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
Deep understanding of digital tooling within a Commercial Function context.

Desirable:

Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks or government digital standards.
Experience working in agile delivery environments.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Oracle, Jaggaer).
