Summary
We are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers to join a well-established logistics and transport operation based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who are confident operating HIAB equipment and enjoy a mix of local and regional work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Class 2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane for the delivery and collection of goods
Securing loads and ensuring safe loading/unloading procedures
Completing all relevant paperwork and maintaining compliance with driving regulations
Providing excellent customer service during collections and drop-offs
Daily vehicle checks and general upkeep of the truck
Requirements:
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid HIAB (Loader Crane) certification (Brick & Grab / Remote or Hook preferred)
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience preferred
A good level of physical fitness and attention to safety
Excellent punctuality and reliability
Pay rates:
Competitive pay between £15.00 and £17.00 per hour, depending on experience
Working days and hours:
Monday to Friday shifts, with occasional Saturdays required
Start times vary between 06:00 and 08:00 AM
