John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner
academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a flexible, hardworking and conscientious ICT technician to join our evolving
organisation.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable team player, capable of working independently under the
guidance of the Senior ICT Technician and other senior staff. You will be at the heart of our school's technological and
digital presence, providing crucial support across a variety of areas. Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive technical support to all staff and students, responding to tickets and assisting with the
installation and maintenance of hardware, software and audio-visual equipment
• Maintaining and enhancing the school's digital footprint by regularly updating the website and social media channels
with engaging news, events and student achievements
• Conducting routine maintenance of IT and AV equipment to ensure a safe and reliable learning environment for
everyone in our school community
• Actively participating in the wider school community, which includes assisting with staff training, supporting school
events and even helping to run our popular gaming club
