Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be a self-motivated classroom practitioner with excellent professional standards, able to inspire our children and to raise aspirations and achievement through high quality learning experiences. Able to demonstrate a variety of behaviour management strategies and teaching and learning styles, you will be well organised, and have high expectations of achievement. The successful candidate will have a good understanding, knowledge and experience of KS2 and pupils with SEND.
