Summary
The Best Connection is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team! We are one of the UK's leading industrial and driving recruiters, with our network of 85 offices help both UK and International businesses recruit the talent they need.
Due to growth, we now require a Recruitment Consultant for our Truro office, we are interested in speaking to those with no experience that are looking for their next step.

Hours of Work: Monday- Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm Responsibilities include:
Source and recruit candidates from a variety of mediums including traditional job boards, social media, and networking Recruiting, interviewing, building relationships and continuously developing your network of candidates Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, negotiating business terms, charge rates and workers pay rates Managing and building relationships with our large active client base of current and their key contacts.
