We are Recruiting Experienced Care Assistants, to work for our clients in their Residential Homes in and around Melksham!
This is a Temporary, ad hoc role, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area!
You will be able to pick and choose the hours and homes you want to work in!
The Role
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of care settings in the area!
This particular Residential Home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room and is encouraged to personalise these as they wish.
Adapting a nurturing and compassionate approach to your support, and understanding that person centred care is of the utmost importance and you will follow care plans to enable the individual to be as independent as possible.
You will have excellent communication skills and have the experience and confidence to hit the ground running in any care setting and be able to work well as part of a team.
You will be passionate about helping others to live their best lives.
You will enjoy working in a variety of different care settings across the Wiltshire area.
Day-to-Day tasks could include:
Help getting in and out of bed.
Washing and bathing.
Dressing.
Preparing drinks.
Assisting with medication.
Toileting.
Assisting with mealtimes.
Domestic duties.
